In accordance with the recently approved Agreement for the Management of the Execution Unit 1 of Zorrotzaurre, the  Contracting Board has been constituted. The Board has been set up by the five main owners of Zorroztaurre: Visesa, the Basque Government, The Bllbao City Hall, the Sociedad Promotora Margen Derecha and Vicinay Cadenas. These owners hold around 80% of the 394,654m2 of the land included in Execution Unit 1. Bilbao City Council  today gave definitive approval for the Agreement for the management of the Execution Unit 1 of the Integrated Action Plan 1 of Zorrotzaurre. Originally approved on May 8th 2013, the Agreement has been widely available for public consultation which has led to no significant modifications to the original concept.
